China is strictly first-to-file. We file your trademark with the CNIPA in English, at a flat USD price, with no Chinese company or local address required.
We turn a confusing, Mandarin-only process into a predictable, English-language service with prices you see before you pay.
In China the first applicant wins — a US or EU registration gives no protection here. We help you file early, before a supplier or squatter takes your name.
We file through a licensed Chinese trademark agency. Foreign individuals and companies can register directly — no Chinese entity, no local address, no visa.
One price per class, official fees included, no hidden costs. You see the full price list before you pay a cent.
One English-speaking point of contact from search to certificate. We prepare the Power of Attorney and Chinese translations for you.
Search and quote are free; once you approve we file within one business day and report every stage: acceptance, publication, registration.
Beyond registration: renewals, assignments, licence recordals, refusal reviews, oppositions and cancellations — one partner for the whole journey.

No. Foreign companies and individuals can file directly with the CNIPA through a licensed agent. You need no Chinese entity, no local address, and no visa. Your registration is valid for 10 years and renewable.
No — China is strictly first-to-file. A US or EU registration gives you no rights in China. Many foreign brands only discover a supplier or squatter has already registered their name, which can block their own products or force a buy-back. File early.
One class, the CNIPA official fee, up to 10 goods/services items, our service fee, the Power of Attorney preparation and Chinese translation, filing, and stage-by-stage updates. Extra classes are $269 each; extra items beyond 10 are $15 each.
Officially 9–12 months from filing. In a clean file we often see it closer to 7–9 months. You receive the acceptance notice in about two weeks, and we report every stage.
You can file a review of refusal within 15 days — a separate service from $499, taking about 6–12 months. We assess your refusal notice free of charge and advise whether a review is worthwhile.
Send us your brand name and what you sell. We'll search the CNIPA register and reply with a written risk report and a firm quote — no charge, no obligation.
