We do not use third-party advertising cookies or build advertising profiles of you.
We use your information solely to: respond to your enquiry, run an availability search, prepare and file your trademark application, and send stage updates. We never sell your data.
To file your mark we must share the prescribed application details with the CNIPA and, where needed, with local counsel acting as the registered agent. We do not share your data with unrelated third parties except as required by law.
We keep enquiry and matter records for the period needed to serve your file and meet professional and legal obligations (typically the life of the registration plus a reasonable period afterwards). You may ask us to delete non-essential data at any time.
Depending on your jurisdiction (including GDPR for EEA and UK residents, and similar rules elsewhere), you may have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data, and to object to certain processing. Email us and we will action verifiable requests promptly.
Because filings are made in China, your information is transferred to and processed in China as part of the service. By using our service you consent to this transfer for the purpose of your trademark matter.
