Last updated: 17 October 2026. These terms apply when you use our China trademark services.
China TradeMark Pro is operated through a CNIPA-registered trademark agency. We provide trademark search, filing, and prosecution services before the China National Intellectual Property Administration (CNIPA). We act as your agent; the final decisions on examination rest with the CNIPA.
Our communications are information and professional agency services, not a substitute for independent legal advice in your own jurisdiction. You remain responsible for deciding which classes and marks to pursue.
Our prices are listed in USD on the Pricing page. A written quote follows your free search. Payment is by bank transfer (T/T) and is due after you confirm the quote and before filing, unless we agree otherwise in writing.
A search reduces risk but does not guarantee registration. Examination outcomes depend on the CNIPA's assessment of prior rights and distinctiveness.
Any timeline we give (for example 7–9 months typical) is an estimate based on current practice, not a guarantee. Statutory and practical timelines can change.
Your trademarks and materials remain yours. We may reference that we acted for you only with your permission.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the fees you paid for the specific service. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for refusal/opposition outcomes, which are within the CNIPA's discretion.
These terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China. Disputes may be resolved by negotiation and, where necessary, through the competent courts or agreed dispute resolution.
We may update these terms; the "last updated" date shows when. Continued use after changes means acceptance.
